Bernard Caruana, President of the Malta Union Of Professional Psychologists, has been re-elected in the Executive Council of EFPA (the European Federation of Psychology Associations). EFPA represents national psychology associations from 37 European countries (including all EU states) and about 300,000 psychologists. EFPA’s executive council is composed of seven members elected by its member associations.
Bernard Caruana, has been active in the European Federation for the past 9 years. Four years ago he was elected for the first time in EFPA’s Executive Council. After completing his mandate he was re-elected this week at the EFPA General Assembly held in Stockholm. He obtained a number of 79 out of 85 votes and was given a second mandate to serve as member of EFPA’s Executive Council for the coming four years.
