Gian-Paul-Gauci

It-Taqsima Servizzi tas-Sahha tal-Union Haddiema Maghqudin, fuq talba tas-Segretarju Permanenti fil-Minsiteru tas-Solidarjeta’ Socjali, illum regghet iltaqghet mal-istess Ministeru sabiex jitkomplew id-diskussjonijiet fuq id-diversi trasferimenti li saru fl-Isptar San Vincenz f’dawn l-ahhar jiem.

It-Taqsima Servizzi tas-Sahha tal-UHM ghal darb’ohra fl-imsemmija laqgha resqet ghad-diskussi il-kriterja stabiliti ta’ kif ghandhom isiru it-trasferimenti u l-prassi ta’ kif dawn it-trasferimenti normalment jinhargu. Mandankollu wara li spiccat din il-laqgha baqa ma ntlahaqx qbil fuq il-kriterja ta’ trasferimenti u fuq liema bazi l-haddiema ghandhom jigu trasferiti. Apparti hekk, din it-Taqsima baqghet minghajr twegiba ghal mistoqija li ilha ssir mill-haddiema milquta: fuq liema prassi intghazlu dawn il-haddiema minn ohrajn.

st vincent de pauleIt-Taqsima Servizzi tas-Saħħa tal-Union Ħaddiema Magħqudin (UĦM) illum irċiviet ittra mill-Ministeru għall-Familja u Solidarjeta’ Soċjali fejn fiha intalab sabiex il-Union tirtira id-Direttivi ordnati minħabba n-numru ta’ Trasferimenti f’San Vinċenz de Paule. Il-UĦM tordna Azzjonijiet Industrijali f’SVPR minħabba n-Numru ta’ Trasferimenti li ingħataw ħesrem

It-Taqsima tas-Servizzi tas-Saħħa fi’ ħdan il-UĦM ordnat azzjonijiet industrijali fl-Isptar San Vinċens de Paul. Dan minħabba li l-Maniġment ta’ SVPR (San Vinċens de Paul) ħareġ numru sostanzjali ta’ trasferimenti l-Ġimgħa, b’effett għat-Tnejn ta’ wara.

Dan għal-Union hu inaċċettabbli li l-Maniġment joħroġ trasferimenti hekk ħesrem, bl-iskuża ta’ riforma fejn dawn it-trasferimenti saru mingħajr ebda tip ta’ mudell stabbilit bħal-ngħidu aħna Last In, First Out.
